| Q-1 What do you mean by
production lead time? |
Ans. Production Lead Time, also referred as PLT is
the interval between the placement of order and its receiving. The PLT
of Goyal India varies between 30-90 days. However, this time may differ
according to the size and nature of order, and the terms and conditions
accorded between us and the client.
| Q-2 What is the average
delivery time for the shipment of sample product(s)? |
Ans. Commonly it takes us approximately 12 working
days to dispatch the sample shipment from our manufacturing unit. It
takes further 3 to 5 working days for the sample product(s) to reach its
destination. You can say, it will take 15 days approx. for the sample to
reach you, starting from the day you have placed the order. However,
this time may vary according to the distance and the medium of transport
used.
| Q-3 How many days are taken
by a shipment in reaching its destination? |
Ans. Generally, it takes almost 10 days duration
for the shipment to reach the seaport from our factory. After that, it
depends on the sea route taken and the vessel sailing date.
| Q-4 What type of production
techniques do you use, conventional or advanced? |
Ans. We use a proper amalgamation of both
conventional techniques of production as well as advanced and
sophisticated techniques. Our designing facility makes use of hi-tech
designing techniques like CAD and CAM. We also have separate
electroplating, sandblasting, and powder coating plants.
| Q-5 Which mode of payments
do you accept? |
Ans. We accept payments via Bank, Telegraphic
Transfer (TT), and Pay Pal. However, we apologize for not accepting
payment through cashier's cheque, money order, and credit & debit
cards, due to the company policy.
| Q-6 Do you offer any
discount? |
Ans. Our prices are already very nominal in
comparison to the quality that we offer. Although we don't offer any
discount on the fresh production, certain discount is given on the stock
clearance sale.
| Q-7 Do you entertain
customized requirements? |
Ans. Yes we do, but the final decision lies with
our team of designers and technicians. We need detailed description and
specifications from the client, and if our designers find the design
feasible, they give their approval and the work starts upon the
customized product. Our team of skilled and experienced personnel also
helps the client in solving his doubts related to the customized
product.
